Westerleigh Parkway Extension
Project Scope
The Westerleigh Parkway Extension will expand the existing Westerleigh Parkway (Route 7495) by 1,600 feet. The new stretch will feature both a sidewalk and a shared-use path to improve pedestrian and cyclist accessibility.
Sidewalk Installations & Roadway Improvements
The project includes a sidewalk installation between Easter Road and the current end of Westerleigh Parkway, on the north side. Alongside the new walkway, other roadway enhancements will help streamline traffic flow and safety.
Stormwater Management
Stormwater Basin: A stormwater basin will be constructed on the north side of the extended Parkway to handle water runoff efficiently. The entire project will cover a total length of approximately 3,400 feet.
