Firehouse 20 has been thoughtfully designed with the utmost consideration for the safety and well-being of our dedicated firefighters. Featuring modern amenities, this state-of-the-art facility boasts a day room, fitness area, kitchen, individual bunk rooms, and a spacious meeting space.
Focused on Firefighter Safety
Safety is paramount at Firehouse 20. The design and build incorporated dedicated areas and efficient processes for the handling and decontamination of uniforms, equipment, and gear. The innovative design assists firefighters in seamlessly accessing their essential equipment when every second counts.
Unparalleled Rapid Response
Recognizing the importance of swift action during emergencies, bifold bay doors that open sideways were installed, supporting rapid response times. These advanced doors open approximately 10 seconds faster than traditional overhead doors, a crucial difference in critical situations where seconds matter.

As advocates of environmental responsibility, we proudly constructed Firehouse 20 to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council.
